Your Mission:
Join our South Coast-based client as an Interim Company Secretary and become a vital partner in ensuring top-notch corporate governance.
Expert Guidance: Serve as the trusted adviser to the Boards, providing insights on company law and financial regulations to keep them informed and compliant. Drive Strategic Success: Support the achievement of company objectives and ensure efficient decision-making across the organisation.
- Keep the Board updated on legislative and regulatory changes impacting companies.
- Review and advise on contracts and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Organise and document Board meetings, ensuring all proceedings are accurately recorded.
- Establish and monitor governance frameworks and action plans to address any findings from reviews.
- A degree in business, law, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and corporate governance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
